Phew! Surely I can rest easier at night after years of sweaty-palmed, tear-stained days of using the word “wiki” in writing and speech when I knew it was wrong all along — because wiki has now “won” a spot in the Oxford dictionary! Seeing as how I’ve admitted that I’m wikiphobic on camera, it’s clear I was just a kid looking for usage thrills wherever I could get ’em — at any price. Oxford has finally lifted the veils of secrecy and shame. Now, if I ever want to feel dirty again, I’ll have to Twitter.
