I love houses from the future from the past almost as much as I love nonsensical run-on sentences, so the beautiful 1950s and 60s images of “future” architecture over at the (atrocious) Palm Springs Modern Committee website are total eye candy. I had no idea Palm Springs fancied itself as such a hopeful space port — you can check out a bit more in the vintage postcards at Desert Modernism (via Martin Klasch).
