Today Sony announced two new upgrades to the CyberShot T-30 I’ve been traumatizing for the past year: their new Sony CyberShot DSC-T20 and CyberShot DSC-T100 digital cameras. Looks like they’ve made improvements in some crucial areas including an ISO up to 3200 (!) and HD capability. Yes, I totally *need* the pink one. No word yet on whether the video is muxed (making it impossible to edit off the camera in post), which is the true consumer flaw with the CyberShot line.

I came up with a clunky, but free, method to demux and edit Sony video — http://fuzzyco.com/news/geekery/editing_sony_digital_camera_mo.html — and the $30 SimpleMovieX edits the muxed video just fine.
