The colors, the artwork, the era, the mysticism… Turn of the century magic posters sort of make me lose my reason when I see them — and when I have extra cash, I try and collect a new reproduction. (I have six in my bedroom, on the wall behind my bed.) Of course, the romance of Houdini tops my list, but posters with women and especially all the little demons are the best. I squealed in delight (and made at least one Techyum minion pee in fear I was having a Macally mouse meltdown again) when I found MagicGallery on Bedazzled. It’s even more special because it’s not a commerce site, but a loving collection grown with the assistance of collectors and enthusiasts.
